All services provided by Travis Price Masonry and Plastering, LLC are subject to written or verbal agreement. Scheduling, estimates, project details, and payment terms will be confirmed with the customer prior to starting work.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to contract for services. By engaging our services, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. Communication Consent

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications related to your scheduled services. This may include job reminders, arrival notices, project status updates, and related customer support messages.

4. SMS Communications

If you provide a mobile phone number, you may receive text messages related to your service.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined at the time of service agreement. Full payment is generally expected upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices may be subject to late fees if not paid within the agreed-upon timeframe.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We take every precaution to complete work safely and professionally. However, Travis Price Masonry and Plastering, LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, customer-supplied materials, or information withheld at the time of service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be made available upon request or posted in writing if applicable. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
